Orange Word Students 2004

Free Student Tickets
2,000 London students attended the 2003 season as our guests. This year Orange is providing complimentary tickets to every Orange Word event this season. To be entered into the weekly draw for free tickets please text the last name of who you want to see ie “DOYLE” to 81800. You will be notified by return text if you’ve managed to secure a complimentary student ticket. You will need to bring your phone with your text ticket on confirmation and your valid NUS card.

The Orange Word Student Competition
First Prizes £1,000. Second prize £500.
6 Shortlisted writers win £100 book tokens.
Students are invited to submit stories of not more than 2,000 words on the theme of ‘The Candidate’. The competition is open to all sixth form and university students. Winner and Runner-up prizes will be awarded in school and university categories. Shortlisted writers’ entries will be read by leading actors at the finale event on Tuesday 14 December at The Criterion, Piccadilly. Deadline: 30 November 2004.
